Visualize damaged collagen with the Collagen Hybridizing Peptide (CHP)

Our new partner 3Helix Inc. has developed a series of proprietary collagen hybridizing peptides that directly target damaged collagen molecules. The labeled collagen hybridizing peptide (CHP) specifically binds to unfolded degraded or denatured collagen chains, in order to visualize damaged collagen molecules in disease and injury. CHP enables unlimited laboratory applications in pathology, biomechanics, cell biology, regenerative medicine, etc.

Recently IQ Products was audited with respect to the South Korean KGMP requirements and obtained approval to manufacture in vitro diagnostic devices for the Korean market. We are happy to work together with our distributor Dow Biomedica to facilitate CMV antigenemia testing.

Our R&D and Sales teams will be present at the SRI conference in Paris, March 12-16, 2019. Come and talk with us about reproductive immunology and our biomarker research in the field of preeclampsia. We provide antibodies for the identification of various immune cells and we have an ESM-1 ELISA kit available for research purposes to study the ESM-1 levels during pregnancy. We succesfully upgraded our ISO 13485:2013 certification to ISO 13485:2016. Our company is ISO13485:2016 certified by DEKRA Certification B.V. for all activities, including research & development, manufacturing and marketing & sales.

June 18^th 2018

May and June were filled with great conferences: we met many people at our booth at the ISLH in Brussels and even got to present our work there. A couple of weeks later we attended the ESPGI conference in Ede, The Netherlands to promote our HITAlert™ Kit. Then, there was a quick one day meeting of the SKML in Woerden, The Netherlands. And finally, our team was present at the DGPGM conference in Bonn with a focus on perinatal medicine.

We are invited to give an oral presentation at the ISLH 2018 in Brussels on the development of our monoclonal antibody against Carbonic Anhydrase, a marker for adult red blood cells. This new antibody improved the performances of our Fetal Cell Count™ Kit greatly. The presentation will be held in the Silver Hall at 2:45 PM on Friday, May 11 2018. Come and see us there!

IQ Products has added two new distributors to her worldwide network. We are looking forward to our cooperation with BIOZOL Diagnostica Vertrieb GmbH in Germany and Dow Biomedica Inc. in South Korea.

On February 5th 2018, IQ Products participated in the career event: Meet & Greet Hanze – Life Cooperative. The goal of this event was to create an opportunity for young Life Sciences and Technology students studying at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen to meet local (bio) technology companies as possible future employers. As a result of this event, we hope to welcome a new, enthusiastic intern in our R&D team this year!

December 21^st 2017

Since a few months our team is in contact with the Pathology Department of the Black Lion Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. IQ Products has decided to support the hospital by making reagents available for their acute leukemia panel. Supplying antibodies and supportive reagents make it possible for the hospital to care for this group of patients in a more consistent way.
